30-Day Money Back Guarantee

If you acquire a product directly from Curtis Life Research, and for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within the 30-day trial period for a refund. The trial period begins the day your product is delivered to your shipping address. The following terms and conditions apply:

  1. Call (317) 513-3204 or send an e-mail to info@curtisliferesearch.com to obtain Return Authorization.
  2. Pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, please let us know when you contact us.
  3. Returned products must be in “like-new” condition. All original accessories and factory packaging must be included, complete with unmarked manuals. Components that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence will be assessed a fee in order to restore the unit to “like-new” condition. Curtis Life Research reserves the right to deduct this fee from your refund. The amount of the fee shall be determined in Curtis Life Research’s sole discretion.
  4. Pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, please let us know when you contact us.
  5. Use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express or the United States Postal Service, that is able to track your shipment.
  6. Insure the product for your original purchase price.

In the event your product is lost or damaged in transit to Curtis Life Research, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the Shipper. If the product can be repaired, Curtis Life Research will provide a quote for repair costs, and issue your refund less applicable repair costs. In the event of loss or damage to returned products, you are responsible for obtaining reimbursement for the insured product from your Shipper.

You are responsible for return shipping cost. After we receive your returned product, it will be inspected and we will issue a refund check within 7 business days. Refunds do not include original shipping costs or PayPal fees, if applicable.

 

International Customers

Visit our for an authorized dealer in your country. We are glad to sell factory-direct to customers in countries not represented by an authorized Curtis Life Research dealer.

 

Purchasing from our Dealers / Distributors

With the exception of our 1-year Limited Warranty for the EigenFlow, authorized dealers / distributors set their own terms of sale, including refund policy. These terms may vary from the terms outlined on this site. Dealers / Distributors also have the right set pricing to cover shipping costs, taxes, duties and exchange rates. Please ask your authorized Dealer/ Distributor about their terms of sale before making your purchase.

In the event of a legal action to enforce any provision of this agreement the prevailing party shall be entitled to receive reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. Prior to court proceedings however, either party may submit a dispute to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in [the City and State that the Designer’s /Studio’s business is in].

Curtis Life Research EigenFlow components are covered for 1-year for manufacturing-related defects (parts and labor included). Warranty extended to the original end-use purchaser or the original end-use person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee.

 

Limited Warranty

The following items are excluded from, or will void warranty coverage:

  • Damage to Curtis Life Research products caused by accident, misuse or abusive operation contrary to the instructions specified in the included owner’s manual.
  • Curtis Life Research products that have serial numbers that have been defaced, modified or removed.
  • Damage to Curtis Life Research products resulting from a modification of, or attempted repair by any person or company not authorized by Curtis Life Research to make such modifications or repairs.
  • Any Curtis Life Research product purchased from a non-authorized dealer.
  • Damage to Curtis Life Research products caused in-transit, when Buyer is shipping their unit to Curtis Life Research.

Curtis Life Research does not assume liability for loss of use or damage to associated or connected equipment.

 

Warranty Repair Procedure

In the event a Curtis Life Research product needs warranty repair, you should:

  • Pack the product in its original box. If you do not have the original box, please let us know when you contact us.
  • Use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service (UPS), Federal Express or the United States Postal Service, that is able to track your shipment.
  • Insure the product for your original purchase price.
